OUR PASTA
All our traditional pasta recipes are made with two authentic ingredients: Pecorino Romano DOP (a hard, salty cheese made from sheep’s milk; strong, sharp and aged to perfection) and guanciale (cured pork cheek from the countryside, richer and more flavorful than bacon or pancetta).
